RC4WD looks for representatives that are not only top competitors but, more importantly, positive images for the hobby and sport as a whole. Professional representation at events, on forums and a willingness to help others is mandatory.
You may think "why so much detail"...We want to make sure that, not only you fit with RC4WD, but that we fit with you. We are challenged to assemble the Most Unified and Effective Team. This gives us a good feel for what you do, who you are and where you could possibly fit in the team.
