Domestic Shipping

Please add any items to your cart to get the shipping prices and options. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please also be aware that many items on the website have their own certain shipping information.

Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Your order can take anywhere from 2-5 days to ship from our warehouse. Shipping times vary upon location and shipping provider.

Please also note that when you receive a shipping notice from us with a DHL/UPS/USPS/Fed Ex tracking number that it could take several days for these companies to update their tracking information. In the case of USPS, at times their system only shows that an item has been received and the next update is after the item has been delivered.

Airmail delivery times can vary by destination. Please allow 3-8 weeks for your goods to arrive. We are not held responsible for lost airmail shipments. We encourage all customers to use EMS/UPS/DHL as their shipping option.

Damages, Lost, Misplaced or Delayed Shipment

RC4WD is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or delayed during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy We can ship to virtually any address in the world! Note that there are restrictions on some products, so they cannot be shipped to international destinations. Limited/Restricted Payment Options may be required for some countries. If you see an issue, please send us an e-mail and we will be glad to talk with you about these details. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Customs, Duties and Taxes RC4WD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) As an international customer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. Our 30-Day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. You may contact us for instructions to return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or exchange. Some items are subject to be charged a 15% restocking fee based on their returned condition(s).

How To Get Replacement Parts or Refund

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department and we will contact you for further details. Once your return is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed.  Please note that items showing signs of wear and tear, alterations or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns that are improperly packaged will be refused for refund/replacement.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your item(s). However, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank or PayPal to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply download the Return Goods Form here and send us an e-mail and include the completed form or provide item number(s), your original order number and reason for the return. We will send you the details on how to return the item(s) at that time. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item(s).

RC4WD non-electrical products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship when new. Our limited warranty does not cover damages due to normal wear and tear, user error of assembly or installation, user modifications, user’s failure to perform routine maintenance, addition of aftermarket parts or option parts. This warranty lasts for 30 days after arrival for original purchaser. In the event of a defect under this warranty, RC4WD will, at our discretion, replace the product, provided our inspection indicates that an original defect exists. RC4WD reserves the right to replace any product which is no longer available with a product of comparable value and function. If RC4WD determines the repair is not covered under warranty guidelines, we will contact you to discuss your options. RC4WD warranties its electronics for 30 days from date of arrival. This covers all electrical items except items that are already noted on the individual product page.
