When you are emailing us about an issue or concern, please provide as much detail as possible. This would include your order number or receipt where you purchased the product (needs to show date of purchase). Please also include as much detail about the issue you're having as well as the part number of the product. Include any clear photo(s) of the product(s) so we can understand the situation and be able to respond in a quick and timely manner to help resolve your problem.
