Tracking Information
- Tracking details are provided once your order has shipped.
- Updates from DHL, UPS, USPS, and FedEx may take several days to appear in the carrier’s system.
- USPS tracking may only reflect “Accepted” or “Received” status until final delivery.
Airmail Delivery (When Selected)
- Please allow 3–8 weeks for delivery via standard Airmail service.
- RC4WD is not responsible for lost or untraceable Airmail shipments.
- For faster and more secure delivery, we recommend selecting FedEx, USPS, UPS, or DHL.
Shipping Liability & Claims
- Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, RC4WD is not liable for products that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.
- If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
- Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim process has been completed.
- Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on stock availability and warehouse location.

Shipping Availability
- RC4WD ships to most international destinations worldwide.
- Certain products may be subject to export restrictions or carrier limitations and may not be eligible for shipment to specific countries.
- In some regions, limited or alternative payment methods may be required to complete your purchase.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other customs charges imposed by the destination country.
- RC4WD is not responsible for these charges. All customs duties, taxes, and related fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- We strongly recommend that customers research applicable customs fees and import regulations in their country prior to placing an order to avoid unexpected charges or delays.
Our 30-Day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. You may contact us for instructions to return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or exchange. Some items are subject to be charged a 15% restocking fee based on their returned condition(s).

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department and we will contact you for further details. Once your return is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed. Please note that items showing signs of wear and tear, alterations or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns that are improperly packaged will be refused for refund/replacement.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your item(s). However, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank or PayPal to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply download the Return Goods Form here and send us an e-mail and include the completed form or provide item number(s), your original order number and reason for the return. We will send you the details on how to return the item(s) at that time. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item(s).
