Not all of our customer service specialists are fully versed in the 3000+ products/parts we offer and the multiple combinations they can be used . By contacting us via email, we have the ability to respond to even the most technical inquires our customers have around the clock.

At RC4WD, we want to ensure that your parts fit with your builds. To see if a part is compatible with another, select the part on the store site and then view 'Notes' towards the bottom of the description. Here, you should be able to view specifics including compatibility.
Do you offer replacement parts?
RC4WD may offer replacement parts (based on a case by case basis). To see if you qualify, please send an email to support@rc4wd.com with the following information:
- Copy of your invoice
- Brief summary
- Photos of the defective item(s) you would like to replace
We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution!

How do I become a dealer?
We always welcome new dealers!

- Recent photos of the inside of your store showing inventory
- If you already stock RC4WD products, please include photos of your RC4WD inventory
- Photo of the outside of your store including your business sign
- Recent copy of an invoice from one major RC supplier or manufacturer (PDF or attachment)
